How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to vpplabs.dev@gmail.com using the subject: Account deletion request - Clash Tactics.
2. Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
3. We may ask for additional verification information to prevent unauthorized requests.

What Data Is Deleted

• Account record and authentication profile identifiers.
• User-created app content associated with the account, including strategies, layouts, steps, and army data.

What Data May Be Retained and Why

• Security and fraud-prevention logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
• Financial, legal, or compliance records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Processing Time

We target completion of validated deletion requests within 30 days.
