1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Clash Tactics (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your account credentials and account activity.
• You agree to provide accurate account information, including a valid email.

3. Service Description

Clash Tactics is a fan-made strategy planning companion app with account, strategy management, and sharing capabilities.

4. Fan Content and Third-Party Game Rights

Clash Tactics is not created by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Supercell. Supercell game-related assets are used for fan content purposes only.

You must comply with applicable third-party rights and policies, including Supercell’s Fan Content Policy .

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example strategy names, descriptions, layouts, steps, and army configurations). You grant Clash Tactics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Malicious code, unauthorized access attempts, or service disruption.
• Cheats, hacks, bots, mods, leaks, account trading, or unauthorized merchandise.

7. Intellectual Property and Reserved Rights

Except for your own content and third-party materials, all rights in the Service are reserved by Clash Tactics and its licensors.

8. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may rely on third-party providers (including AWS cloud services, analytics providers, and advertising partners). Their own terms may apply.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes

Clash Tactics may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLASH TACTICS AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clash Tactics and its operators from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates are published means acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full force and effect.
